Being located not far from the border with Tuscany it is possible to quickly reach the main tourist destinations of Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi, Montone, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco and Lake Trasimeno as well as Arezzo, Anghiari, Cortona and Borgo Sansepolcro in Tuscany .
The spaces
The apartment is located on the third floor (without lift) of a historic building in the city center and overlooks the main street, retaining its traditional character and offering all modern conveniences. It is ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends looking for a welcoming retreat during their visit.
In fact, the apartment, for the exclusive use of guests, can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and is made up of two large double bedrooms, one of which has a small bathroom, and there is a sofa bed in the spacious living room.
The furnishings are warm and welcoming, with touches of style from another era and characterized by the ceiling with wooden beams. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious Italian breakfasts or dine with fresh food purchased at local markets. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower.

How to reach the apartment
The apartment is located in the heart of Città di Castello, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele 40. Although car parking in the center is reserved for residents, you will be able to find several car parks close to the city walls, both free and paid, at a maximum distance of about 5-10 minutes by foot.
From Rome: take the A1 motorway towards Milan and exit at Orte towards Cesena. Near Terni, take the E45 towards Cesena and continue past Perugia. Exit at the Città di Castello Sud (south) exit and follow the directions for the historic center.
From Cesena: follow the E45 towards Rome. Exit at the Città di Castello Nord (north) exit and follow the directions for the historic center.
From Florence: take the A1 motorway towards Rome and exit at Arezzo. From Arezzo use the SS73 state road to get to the E45 entrance in Città di Castello Nord (north). Once you have crossed the highway, follow the directions for the historic center.
From Ancona: use the SS76 Ancona-Jesi-Fabriano to arrive in Umbria and continue on the SS318 until you join the E45 in Sant’Egidio, near Perugia. Here continue in the direction of Cesena until the Città di Castello Sud (south) exit and from here follow the directions for the historic center.

A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.
The cost of utilities is not included in the cost of stay and will be calculated on consumption. Payment will be made at check-out with cash. The latest bill price will apply.
Pets are allowed with a supplement of €40.00 per pet per stay.
For check-ins from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM (late check-in) there is a supplement of €25.00. €50.00 after midnight. All requests for late check-ins are subject to confirmation by the host.
Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge. The property is not available for parties.
