Come and discover the charming village with swimming pool, nestled in the Umbrian countryside overlooking Trasimeno Lake, a few steps from the pretty town of Passignano sul Trasimeno and the medieval Castel Rigone, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. Enjoy moments of relaxation in our traditional Umbrian accommodations located within the village, built with solid stone walls, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors, carefully restored apartments and finely furnished with traditional rural furniture.

Inside the property you will find a beautiful courtyard with a swimming pool with a view on the lake.

Let yourself be carried away by this magical place from where you can also set out to discover the surroundings. The structure is in fact well connected to the main roads: from Passignano sul Trasimeno you can board the ferry and visit the Polvese and the Maggiore islands, in Tuoro you can retrace the stages of the historic battle between the forces of Hannibal and the Roman Empire, participate in the many cultural events that take place every year in the area or simply sunbathe by the lake or in the comfort of our swimming pool.

Papavero Apartment (2+1 beds)

Two-level apartment near the village pool, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. On the ground floor there is the living room with sofa bed for one person and the kitchenette. There is a double bedroom with bathroom on the first level. This apartment also has a private terrace with table and chairs and a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno.

Aratro Apartment (2 beds)

Studio near the pool with an enchanting view of the lake that can be appreciated both from the inside and from its terrace. There is a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Equipped with air conditioning.

Macina Apartment (2 beds)

The pool will be open from 31st of May to 15th of September, from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Regular check-in: from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Late check-in: from 5:00 PM to 12:00 PM – 25€
Check-in after midnight: 50€

IMPORTANT:
The cost of utilities is not included in the cost of the overnight stay/rental of the apartment, which will be calculated on the actual consumption, and paid directly in cash by the guest to the landlord at the time of check-out. The guest is made aware that the cost of daily utilities may vary according to the season and the use of the same, approximately from € 5 to € 15 per day.

A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.
