Villa San Sebastiano has a strong 1900s style, nestled in the Umbrian hills and immersed in the green heart of Italy, it will leave you breathless, for its beauty, for its magnificent view of the Umbrian valley. We are near Foligno, a short distance from Spello, a magnificent medieval town and only 15 km from Assisi, a town known throughout the world.

Villa San Sebastiano was built at the beginning of the 20th century, in an excellent hilly position and with a wide panoramic view, it is the ideal solution, with very large spaces both inside and outside and a charming veranda to enjoy in every season. The villa, consisting of 2 levels plus one just below the road, covers an entire surface area of ​​about 380 square meters surrounded by 3,000 square meters of land partly cultivated with olive groves.

The entrance on the ground floor leads us into a large and bright reception room. Here we also find a room / study characterized by a French-style fireplace. We then move on to another wing of the ground floor where we find a wardrobe room, the bathroom serving this floor, living room, large hallway, the veranda or winter garden, the kitchen and a dining room with a large fireplace that enhances its rustic characteristics. All the floors in the living area are in terracotta. Going up to the first floor we arrive at the sleeping area that overlooks a generous hallway that houses 3 double bedrooms, one of which with a terrace, a single bedroom and three bathrooms. Here each room, both bedroom and bathroom, is equipped with its built-in wardrobe. The floors in the sleeping area are parquet. In the basement, but from which you can also access all the outdoor spaces, we find a lounge with recreational use, kitchen, technical room and garage.
