Rustic Agriturismo

On the border between Umbria and Tuscany, with a view of all the hills of the Upper Tiber Valley, this Agriturismo is composed of a main farmhouse plus various annexes, one of which has already been partially renovated, 6.5 hectares of land, mixed with arable land, vineyard and olive grove.

The farmhouse is composed as follows:
On the ground floor we enter a large entrance hall with original flooring from 1850 (year of construction), where we find a working wood-burning oven, a room used as a reception and bar, a kitchen, guest bathrooms, and a large restaurant hall, with tables and chairs and part with sofas and a fireplace. The restaurant hall has original arches from what were once stables.

On the first floor there is the sleeping area, where we find a large central corridor and the 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a room used as a wardrobe for bathroom and bed linen. The bedrooms are approximately 40 square meters each and house a double bed and one or more single beds (they are suitable for hosting a family).

On the attic floor we find three multiple bedrooms, suitable for hosting more people, and a large bathroom for shared use. We also have a partially renovated annex, where an independent apartment has been created consisting of a kitchen/living room with wood stove, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a private outdoor space. The property is completed by another annex to be renovated, the swimming pool, with salt water system, the cabins used as changing rooms, as well as 6.5 hectares of surrounding land, mixed between arable land, vineyard and olive grove. The property is entirely fenced.
