DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The country house (250 m², 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is composed of two levels organized as follows:
– Ground floor: living room with fireplace, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, closet and cellar;
– First floor: living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom.

The annex (40 m², 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom) was originally a drying room that was converted into a home consisting of a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine with bedroom.

STATE AND FINISHES
The buildings have been renovated, so as to preserve their salient features. The stone walls have been cleaned and enhanced and the same thing has been done with the beams and terracotta tiles inside.

The farmhouse has 1.8 hectares of land, planted as a garden in the portion closest to the farmhouse. Moving away from the buildings we find an orchard (65 plants including pear, apple, cherry, plum, apricot, persimmon, jujube, almond and mulberry trees) and an olive grove (83 plants).
