Between the hills of cultivated fields and vineyards that follow one another between Spoleto and Montefalco, we find the ancient Casale Antonini, a renovated country farmhouse and used for accommodation.
The nearest inhabited center, a reference point for daily purchases is only 3 km, reachable in 5 minutes by car, while with about 10 minutes it is possible to go to Montefalco (10 km) and Spoleto (15 km).
The area is very interesting from a tourist point of view, both for the attractions of the territory and for the presence of the numerous large and small cultural events that take place in Umbria throughout the year, starting with the famous festivals of the two worlds of Spoleto and Umbria Jazz of Perugia (the latter at 60 km and reachable in less than an hour).
The location is also perfect as a starting point to visit all the most beautiful historical centers in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio, thanks to the center of gravity between these regions.
The nearest airport is that of Perugia, less than an hour of car (55 km), while in about two hours it is possible to reach the airports of Rome (Ciampino at 158 km and Fiumicino at 174 km).

Ground floor
Much of the ground floor is dedicated to the living area where we find a large living room overlooking the pool, a dining salt and a double living room with fireplace, with a characteristic time in ancient bricks, “inherited” by the original farmhouse. Also on the ground floor we find a sleeping area that includes two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom and a study.
First floor
It is divided into five areas with independent entrance room/kitchen bedroom all with en-siume bathroom and hallway/living room in the connection area. bed and an additional large bedroom with private bathroom.
Status and finishes
The oldest part of the original farmhouse dates back to the end of the 1600s. The renovation completed in 2010 maintaining the typical characteristics of the ancient existing building, enriched by high quality finishes and in some parts of the external facades, the field of field typical of the Ancient Umbrian farmhouses. Inside the farmhouse we find terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings or with beams and plants and some walls left with visible stone. Everything is in perfect condition.
The ancient Casale Antonini is surrounded by a private land of 8 hectares of Oliveto DOP and 1.7 hectares of vineyards grown in Sagrantino and Rosso di Montefalco, with a large area intended for a garden with attention to Prato and a large swimming pool with Solarium area changing rooms and bathroom. The garden is equipped with automatic irrigation and in the ground we also find 150 fruit trees.

The property is equipped with air conditioning of gas/methane, electricity, telephone and internet line, connection to the municipal water network over three wells at the service of the swimming pool and the surrounding land, one of the apartments is dedicated to disabled people and is equipped of all comforts.
