The panorama offers different spectacles of nature, from the sea in winter with its waves of fog to enjoying the splendor of the sun on summer days.

The entire property extends over approximately 7,000 square meters of land, half of which is fenced, which is partly cultivated with olive trees that offer an excellent production of Umbria’s green gold: oil. The 120 olive trees with 12 different varieties offer their fruits with an excellent table oil.
The property offers a further opportunity, in fact a part of the woodland is intended for the cultivation of prized black truffles.

DETAILS

The main entrance is characterized by a “Doppino” door with 18th century double-armored ironwork. In the corridor we also find an ancient vestibule used as a clothes hanger.
Continuing we enter the reception room characterized by a beautiful fireplace with ancient details and a large window that overlooks a porch with a view of the Umbrian hills.

This first patio, enriched with sitting areas and a large table for entertaining, is used as one of the relaxation areas that we find in the Villa.
Adjacent to the hall we find another large hall intended as a dining room, also very bright and with a splendid view.

From the dining room we enter the main kitchen that overlooks another fully furnished patio and designed to spend quiet lunches or enjoy magnificent breakfasts outdoors on the hottest days. The kitchen, in addition to offering large spaces, has a fireplace, a wood-burning oven and a very convenient space used as a pantry.

The entire house is equipped with 3 fireplaces all with thermo fireplace connected to the heating system.
