The four floors building built in the sixteenth century, and arranged in its current features during the eighteenth, is located in the historic center of Spoleto, Umbria, the perfect location for an unforgettable stay in central Italy.
It is scenically located at the foot of the long staircase that leads from the Roman forum to the religious heart of the city: in fact it delimits, together with the Cathedral and the Theater, the south-east side of one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, Piazza del Duomo, made famous all over the world by the Festival dei Due Mondi.
Its eighteenth-century facade is embellished with protruding stringcourses and stucco frames that decorate the windows, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the square below and the Spoleto valley, and from an imposing portal in carved local stone. It features a suggestive outdoor area, characterized by a well-kept terraced roof garden, with pergola, roses and English lawn, which follows the slope of the overhanging hill dominated by the imposing Rocca Albornoziana.
The interiors, recently renovated and restored, are characterized by individual peculiarities and are well suited to the specific needs of the guests, both for size and taste: in fact, despite having the constant of a beautiful terracotta floor, they differ in structural features and furnishings.

Viola Apartment (2 beds)
On the first floor there is a mini apartment (two-roomed apartment) of sqm. 30 overlooking the Piazza, also characterized by an original terracotta barrel vault and composed of a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a sitting room / bedroom with large double sofa bed.
Arpa Apartment (2+2 beds)
On the middle floor there is the first residential unit of approx. 80 square meters, which can also be accessed independently from the square. It consists of a living room, a living room with sofa bed (2 beds), a double bedroom with a window overlooking the square, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen, on the ground floor, characterized by an original vault barrel in terracotta.
Violino Apartment (2+3 beds)
On the third floor, below the roof, there is an apartment of approx. 180 square meters, which could be accessed from a suggestive balcony. It consists of a mezzanine entrance with bedroom and bathroom with shower, which leads to the two spacious double bedrooms with private bathrooms and to the living room with fireplace. Both the kitchen and the large living room overlook here, characterized by a particular sloping ceiling and another fireplace. The whole living area has numerous windows with an incredible view of the Piazza del Duomo below.
Violoncello Apartment (2+4 beds)
The housing unit consists of a large apartment of 250 square meters, bound in the two decorated parts by the Superintendence of Artistic and Archaeological Heritage of Umbria.
It consists, in its restricted parts, of an entrance with a coffered ceiling with fifteenth-century coats of arms of the Bufalini family and a living room with early twentieth-century masonic wall decorations. From the heart of the apartment, you will find the large double bedroom and the other large living room, characterized by the presence of a fireplace and three windows each overlooking the square, and a living room also with a fireplace. Another room with two double sofa beds, bathroom with shower and a semi-professional kitchen complete the picture. The environment has multiple direct accesses to the hanging garden overlooking the square and from which you can enjoy a suggestive (and close!) View of the Rocca Albornoziana and the facade of the Cathedral.
