Called the Green Heart of Italy and located in central Italy between Rome and Florence, Umbria is a region rich in history and culture, made up of small historic villages and important cities of art such as Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi, Spello, Bevagna and Montefalco.

It is also the scene of major cultural events throughout the year such as the Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto, Umbria Jazz, the historical festivals of Giostra della Quintana in Foligno, or the Infiorata in Spello and many other folkloristic events that, especially in the summer season, animate small and large centers of the entire territory.

But Umbria is also rich in food and wine itineraries starting from Montefalco with its famous Sagrantino Route that touches the most important Umbrian wineries, to the Via dell’Olio di Trevi with its open oil mills.

LOCATION OF THE FARMHOUSE
The country house is located on a flat position 200 m. above sea level and from its views you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of Mount Subasio and Assisi, as well as the expanses of olive trees and cultivated fields of green Umbria.

A 20-minute drive (17 km) we find Assisi and also nearby the most characteristic Umbrian centers such as Montefalco 18 minutes (14.4 km), Spoleto 38 minutes (35 km), Perugia half an hour (30 km), Lake Trasimeno 40 minutes.

The most important cities such as Florence or Rome can be reached in just over two hours.
