Preggio, of Etruscan origin, is a small rural village in the Umbrian countryside, on the border with Tuscany. In addition to enjoying the tranquility that this enchanting landscape offers, you can easily reach Lake Trasimeno and its villages, visit the entire Upper Tiber Valley, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi without forgetting the nearby Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino and Arezzo.

The villa, which sits on the hillside, is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 9 people. It consists of 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 3 bathrooms.

Outside you can enjoy a large park with a barbecue area and a swimming pool overlooking the Niccone valley.

The villa is 17km from Umbertide, where most services are available, 19km from Passignano sul Trasimeno and about 30km from Perugia.

The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests.

Important information for your stay

The pool will be open from 1st of May to 15th of October, from 8 AM to 8 PM.

The photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter.

A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.

The cost of utilities is not included in the cost of stay and will be calculated on consumption. Payment will be made at check-out with cash. The latest bill price will apply.

Pets are allowed with a supplement of € 60.00 per pet per stay.

For check-ins from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM (late check-in) there is a supplement of € 40.00. € 80.00 after midnight. All requests for late check-ins are subject to confirmation by the host.

Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge. The property is not available for parties.
