Come and discover this charming hamlet with a pool, nestled in the Umbrian countryside overlooking Lake Trasimeno, not so far from the lovely town of Passignano sul Trasimeno and the medieval village of Castel Rigone, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria.

The apartment is located within an ancient rural hamlet, built with solid stone walls, exposed wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors: a traditional Umbrian home, carefully restored and tastefully furnished with rustic furniture. It is a studio apartment that can accommodate up to 2 guests, with a double bed, bathroom and kitchenette, air conditioning and a lovely view of the lake, where sunsets paint unforgettable views. WiFi is available, along with free parking reserved for guests. Within the complex, guests have access to a beautiful shared courtyard and a wonderful pool, shared with the other guests staying in the hamlet.

Let yourself be captivated by this magical place, which also makes an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. The property is located close to the Perugia-Bettolle motorway link, making it easily accessible from Rome, Florence and Perugia airport. From Passignano sul Trasimeno you can take the ferry to visit Isola Polvese and Isola Maggiore; in Tuoro you can retrace the steps of the historic battle between Hannibal’s forces and the Romans, or take part in the many cultural events held in the area each year, or visit the nearby towns of Cortona, Città della Pieve, Castiglione del Lago and Perugia. And if you’d simply rather unwind, you can sunbathe by the lake or relax by the pool.

Important information for your stay

The pool will be open from 31st of May to 15th of September, from 8 AM to 8 PM.

A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.

The cost of utilities (electricity) is not included in the cost of stay and will be calculated on consumption. Payment will be made at check-out with cash. The latest bill price will apply.

Pets are allowed with a supplement of €40.00 per pet per stay.

For check-ins from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM (late check-in) there is a supplement of €25.00. €50.00 after midnight. All requests for late check-ins are subject to confirmation by the host.

Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge. The property is not available for parties.
