Welcome to Villa del Maestrale, a splendid villa located on the hills of the town of Pretola, a few minutes from the historic center of Perugia, where you can enjoy your relaxing holiday in a quiet, comfortable and well-served location.
The holiday house is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay in the Umbrian hills and is for the exclusive use of our guests.

Villa del Maestrale can accommodate up to 8 people and is divided into 4 bedrooms: 3 with double beds (one with en-suite bathroom) and 1 with joinable single beds. All the rooms have access to the balconies, from which you can admire a privileged view of Assisi and Mount Subasio, especially on summer evenings, and of the Tiber valley, which flows a short distance away.

The villa, which extends over 250 m2, is equipped with 2 complete bathrooms with bathtub, modern and equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room. In addition, in the basement, there is a rustic area with a ping pong table while outside it is possible to enjoy the cool of the evening on the outdoor patio, equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a small barbecue.
Nonetheless, in the large park there is an above ground summer swimming pool surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, equipped with beach beds, and protected by a thick hedge where you can relax in total privacy. The property is entirely fenced, equipped with an automatic gate and free parking space inside.

We recommend a car for getting around, but it is also possible to reach the historic center of Perugia in a few minutes by bus using the N or P lines, which stop on the main road, 200 meters from the villa.
Being in a central position and close to the road and railway junction of Perugia – Ponte S. Giovanni, as well as only 15 minutes by car from the Umbria “San Francesco d’Assisi” airport, from the villa it is possible to easily reach all the main attractions of the area so you can enjoy an exceptional visit to the region.
In fact, Villa del Maestrale is only 4 km from the historic center of Perugia, 23 km from Assisi, 48 km from Montefalco, 36 km from Gubbio, 29 km from Lake Trasimeno, 63 km from Spoleto, 95 km from Norcia, Castelluccio di Norcia and the Sibillini Mountains.

Important information for your stay

The pool will be open from 1st of May to 15th of October, from 8 AM to 8 PM.

The photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter.

A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.

The cost of utilities is not included in the cost of stay and will be calculated on consumption. Payment will be made at check-out with cash. The latest bill price will apply.

Pets are allowed with a supplement of € 60.00 per pet per stay.

For check-ins from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM (late check-in) there is a supplement of € 40.00. € 80.00 after midnight. All requests for late check-ins are subject to confirmation by the host.

Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge. The property is not available for parties.
