Villa Fulginia is located just outside Foligno, in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, halfway between Foligno and Bevagna. A peaceful, green setting that is nonetheless easy to reach thanks to its proximity to the motorway. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for families and group trips among friends. It is a fully independent and enclosed property, with an automatic gate that ensures privacy and security for guests, as well as an enclosed space for storing motorbikes and bicycles.

On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room with a lounge area welcomes guests into a space designed for relaxation and conviviality. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed, is suited both to a quick breakfast and to preparing a meal to share with others. A large porch with tables for outdoor dining overlooks the garden, offering a shaded spot that’s perfect for al fresco meals during the warmer months.

Upstairs, you’ll find the sleeping quarters, comprising two double bedrooms and one room with two single beds, sharing a bathroom and opening onto spacious terraces overlooking the surrounding countryside. Completing the floor is the master double bedroom, featuring a walk-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, designed to offer maximum privacy and comfort.

The location of Villa Fulginia offers the chance to be won over, day after day, by the quiet charm of authentic Umbria. Montefalco, with its wineries and vineyards, Bevagna and Spello, with their stone-paved lanes, and the tranquillity of Trevi and Cannara are all within easy reach, as are Assisi and Spoleto, guardians of centuries of history and art. Between the valleys of the Valnerina and the clear waters of the Fonti del Clitunno, all the way to the small village of Rasiglia, suspended among its canals, every day can become a new discovery. On request, additional services and experiences can also be purchased separately, such as a private chef, mountain bike rental, on-site massages and guided tours.

Villa Fulginia is easily accessible by car thanks to its proximity to the Via Flaminia and the link to the E45 motorway, which conveniently connect Foligno to the rest of Umbria and to the main routes towards Rome, Perugia and Ancona. Those arriving by plane can fly into Perugia’s San Francesco d’Assisi Airport, about 30 minutes away by car, or into one of Rome’s airports for international flights. The Foligno railway station, well connected to Italy’s main cities, is also a convenient arrival point for those travelling by train.

Property photos are usually taken in spring, so the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns and grounds may differ at the time of your arrival.
A security deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out.
The cost of utilities is not included in the stay price and will be calculated based on consumption. Payment will be made in cash at check-out, based on the rate of the most recent bill/supply invoice.
Pets are allowed with a supplement of €60.00 per pet per stay.
Late check-in (between 7:00 PM and midnight) is subject to a supplement of €25.00; €50.00 after midnight. All late check-in requests are subject to confirmation by the host.
Guests are required to present a valid photo ID at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. The property is not available for hen/stag parties or similar events.
