Condition and finishing
The farmhouse was renovated in 2017 by the current owners and is currently in excellent condition and can be used immediately. One part has maintained the flavor of the past using, for the renovation, the materials of the old building. The area used for hospitality is more modern, with the use of single-fired ceramics and terracotta tiles but in all the rooms you can breathe the air of the typical Umbrian farmhouse.
Exteriors
