Thanks to its proximity to the historic center you will be able to fully enjoy the cultural life of the city and the various events that take place throughout the year, from Umbria Jazz to the International Journalism Festival, as well as taste the Umbrian Middle Ages along the streets of the acropolis.
The apartment is located in a residential context and consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, complete kitchen with coffee machine and electric kettle, bathroom with shower. Getting to the apartment is very easy as it is only a 5-minute drive from the highway exit (Prepo exit), 1300 meters from the Perugia Fontivegge train station and 700 meters from the Piazza Partigiani bus station. Parking is free inside the condominium.
The area is served by numerous services: near the building you can find a coin-operated laundry, a bar with pastry shop and the bus stop. A little further away you will find a couple of supermarkets and some shops.

In this property we adopt Self Check-in: before your arrival we will ask you for your car license plate in order to access the free parking and identity documents with photos of the guests.

A security deposit is required at check-in which will be returned at check-out.
The cost of electricity is not included in the cost of the stay and will be calculated according to consumption. Payment will be made at check-out. The latest bill price will be applied.
